Uses and Implications of Email

Electronic mail or widely known as e-mail is method of writing, sending, receiving and saving messages over electronic communication systems.E-mail is something similar as sending message through our phone.the only differences is,in e-mail we can send larger files or information. We can use e-mail to exchange information. For example,in a college life students can exchange information in their projects or assignment. This is really helpful, especially for those who is staying apart.Besides that a student can ask and clarify their question by mailing o their lecturer anytime and anywhere. Compared to telephone calls, faxes, or over night courier service, Email is less expensive. As more and more computer users connect to the Internet from home computers, email replaces telephone calls and letters that used to keep family and friends in touch.Unlike telephone and face-to-face conversations, email conversations provide a built-in record of what we've asked for and what information we've received. By saving a copy of the messages we send, we can keep track of exactly what we asked for and when.
